In our porcelain figures you
will find very close moments,
as the first love letter, the
first kiss, situations which
show the innocence and
the freshness of nature.
So, evoking these events our work start with paper, pencil and a lot of sketches until the idea is created.
Afterwards the magisterial hand of and excellent sculptor as José González Martín-Consuegra gives the form to the sculpture.
The sculpture tis divided in various parts for its reproduction in porcelain. So. of one figure, and depending of its complexity, several moulds will be made up.
The different parts which make up each figure are elaborated and assembled carefully until a perfect reproduction of the original work is obtained.
The flowers are created petal by petal and leaf by leaf, and placed with great care on the figure.
Later on we proceed to decorate the pieces mirth product; specially elaborated bv Consuelo Ten Juan at our laboratory, which give the tengra figures a special colour.
Finally the definitive moment arrives. The figures are burned at 1.300 " C. where the colours and the glazes are achieved.
After the burning the figures reduce 15 % from its original size.
This last procedure should the carefulness each of our figures is elaborated, obtaining quality.
